We are currently in the 21st century, and the Republics of Croatia and Slovenia still have not signed an arbitration agreement on the border. The Japod tribes Ortoplini and Parentini, with the help of the Romans as mediators, signed their agreement sometime between the first and fourth centuries.
They argued about access to the source of Begovača and in the end it was decided and written down: "By the agreement on the border between Ortoplin and Parentin, the Ortoplins are allowed access to living water five hundred paces wide".
This is not some nonsense text that someone scrawled on a stone, but an agreement carved in stone about 20 centuries ago. Stop for a while, think and travel through time with your thoughts. You don't have to be a historian or a poet. Just relax, run your fingers over the stone and let your thoughts drift into the past.
