The Educational trail Ričica passes through one of the most beautiful and at the same time the most hidden locations in Lovinac. The place is so mystical that if you saw a creature from a fairy tale along the river bank, it would be quite natural. You would just wave the unicorn and move on.

We often experience rivers only from the car, and since the road does not pass right next to Ričica, it remains unnoticed. Fortunately, the road crosses it in many places, and next to one of the bridges is the beginning of this 2,280-meter-long educational trail.

Vegetation flourishes like a jungle, and floods bring piles of branches, so maintaining the trail is not easy. The second part was quite overgrown at the time of my visit, but perhaps there is no need to walk the entire path. Go ahead and enjoy. When the thicket becomes too much for you, come back.

I won't describe all the beauties, but I still have to single out one. I think that nature did not give Lovinac a more beautiful detail than the roots of the trees along the coast of Ričica.
