T-Nest is here, not to visit it, but to stop asking me every ten days what it is, who is doing it and why it is not finished. I can answer some of your questions first-hand, because I was involved in the project as an urban planner.

It is a luxury resort of Goran Štrok, which, unfortunately, as you can see from the photo, was never completed. As far as my memory serves, at the start there was talk of a fourteen million euro investment, but that figure was doubled in the end, which ultimately doomed the project. Too bad.

In the beginning, everything went quite well and the cooperation of all stakeholders was very good. All project documentation was made in an extremely short period of time, and construction started with lightning speed. First, the corona, then the rise in prices, then the lake that is releasing water and the cost has skyrocketed.

Eh, yes, the T in the name stands for Tesla.
