A viewpoint that does not have an unobstructed view of all sides of the world cannot get a perfect five. However, I'm going to make an exception for this one and put it at the very top because, in addition to having an easy approach, it also has a great foreground. Let me explain.
When you want to take a photo of a viewpoint, you will most likely have to choose between photographing the viewpoint itself or the view it offers. Rarely can you have both. The fence and trees at this viewpoint are the perfect foreground, and I can't think of any Lika viewpoint that is better in this regard. Move into the forest and then take a photo. What is true for a photograph is also true for a view.
You can also come to the viewpoint when Grabovača Cave Park is closed. People usually come before sunset, because the view is towards the west, but I have convinced myself many times that the sunrise can be beautiful even if you don't look to the east. Come early in the morning and with a bit of luck or an accurate forecast, enjoy the sea of fog that spreads below you.
