Visočica
I am one of the lucky ones who flew 500 meters above Visočica with a paraglider, and I don't believe that something will so easily push that view off my top list. You don't need wings to enjoy the view. Only the legs are enough, because after Sveto Brdo, Visočica offers the most beautiful view on South Velebit.
As a rule, paragliding equipment is heavy and when you hear that it is being flown from a peak, you can with a very high probability conclude that it can be reached by car or, as is the case here, that the climb is not too long and tiring.
Although there are longer tours to this 1,615-meter-high peak, I always go by car to the bottom of the Jadrina poljana, and continue on foot. The ascent takes about 45 minutes, which should not be a problem for anyone. I once bivouaced on the summit, although there is no convenient flat spot that is not exposed to the wind. That night I enjoyed the view of the lights of Gospić City.
