Vrban's cave (Vrbanova špilja) is a place that I managed to find only on the third attempt. I was thinking of giving up, because the photos I saw were not particularly interesting. It's a good thing that I persevered, because as a reward for the first time in my life I got the opportunity to take a look from the inside of the cave into which the river plunges.
Usually people who live near caves know where they are, because most of them used to crawl there when they were still kids. This was not the case here. A few people who lived a kilometer or two from the cave had no idea what I was even looking for. Even Ksenija, who was there, could not remember exactly where the cave was and which way she got to it. But after a lot of effort and research, I now know how to get there, and that means, now you all know too.
Park your Rimac Nevera in Vrbani, head east following the transmission line with concrete vultures. Very soon you will reach the old road and the river. Keep to the right bank and after a sharp right turn, the river disappears into the cave. I was there during the low water level and entered the cave only a few meters. It didn't seem dangerous to me, but be careful and make your own decisions about each step.
