Josip says that on Bent, guys used to throw themselves off a cliff like crazy just for a kiss from a girl from Zagreb. The braver ones jumped from the metal structure of the old railway bridge, about a hundred meters away. For me, this creates a picture of a perfect childhood.

Everything changes. Childhood passes, but memories remain. Bent doesn't look like it did before. Instead of a natural barrier, an artificial one was built and it has now become the setting for some new memories of some new kids. Regardless of the fishermen who come here more often than the swimmers, this place will always remind me of Josip's childhood. Instead of throwing fish, I will always hear the kiss of a diva and the splash of a hero.

If a girl from Zagreb is reading this, give a kiss to the brave jumpers. It will mean a lot to them. I know that such things are remembered for a lifetime.

Although it looks like it's best to park along the D50 national road and continue on foot, it's not. From the D50, turn to Bilaj, cross the railroad tracks and go left at the intersection. After 250 meters, turn left onto the forest road that leads you to the Lika river.
